The price shown above is gross, including the statutory German VAT of 19%; Terra Mia Immobiliare is seated in Germany. Businesses elsewhere in the EU with a VAT ID confirmed during checkout, and customers outside the EU, receive the invoice without German VAT; the amount payable stays the same. Once the 180 days run out, the listing stops being shown; there is no automatic renewal, and a new listing can be published at any time. An invoice is issued for every payment.
