Businesses in another EU country with a VAT ID confirmed at checkout, and advertisers based outside the EU, receive the invoice without German VAT, and the amount paid stays the same. How much do I pay to put my Calabrian house online?
Until December 31, 2026, the promo code START2026 waives the fee for a house listed in Calabria; the regular price is €89.00. The Agency Year costs €490.00 and the code does not apply to it. The sale carries no commission and there are no further fees.
Will I be charged again when the listing ends?
No. Terra Mia Immobiliare renews nothing automatically. When the listing ends, it goes offline, and you decide whether to publish a new one.
Do I pay before I have built my listing?
No. Registering and preparing the draft of your Calabrian house cost nothing. Payment comes when you publish, not before.
Can I keep the listing online longer than 180 days?
Not by extending it: a listing ends after 180 days and Terra Mia Immobiliare renews nothing on its own. You can publish a new listing, which is a new booking with a new term.
I live outside the EU. Do I pay German VAT?
No. Advertisers based outside the EU receive the invoice without German VAT, and the amount paid stays the same. The same goes for businesses in another EU country whose VAT ID is confirmed at checkout.
